Digital Metal purchased through OneGold are owned by the user. Digital Metal owned by the user is insured through the Lloyd’s of London and the Royal Canadian Mint (RCM). All customer ounces are verified once a year by a top 10 U.S. accounting firm. In Canada, products are also verified by the Royal Canadian Mint, a Crown corporation of the Government of Canada.

Intellectual Property

All materials, including, without limitation, the organization and presentation of such materials on the Website and the OneGold Mobile App, and including, without limitation, wholly owned brand assets such as photography ("Materials"), are the property of OneGold and its licensors and may be protected by intellectual property laws, including, without limitation, laws relating to copyrights, trademarks, trade names, internet domain names and other similar rights. Unless you have entered into a separate agreement with ONEGOLD, any other use of these Materials without OneGold's written permission is prohibited.
