What currencies do you accept?

Currently, we accept USD, CAD, GBP, and EUR. You will simply need to designate which of these currencies you wish to transact and have your OneGold account denominated in during the account creation process.

Your account will remain denominated in the currency that you select during the account creation process. Please also note that we are only able to accept one currency for each account. For example, if you select GBP during the account creation process, you will not be able to send funds in another currency, or update your account to be denominated in CAD, USD, or EUR.

How do I know the information stored by OneGold is safe?

We leverage best-in-class information technology and systems that undergo rigorous third-party security testing to ensure your information stays safe. All your payment information is tokenized, encrypted, and stored. These banking credentials are never sent to OneGold, but are shared with an integrated, trusted third-party, Plaid Technologies, Inc., to facilitate instant account verification. This service may store the provided credentials for verification purposes or use them on a per-transaction basis for fraud prevention, and to help verify enough balance is available to process your transaction.

The amount of money I sent via bank wire does not match the amount available in my OneGold account. What happened?

In some cases, your banking institution may charge a fee for processing the bank wire or an exchange rate may have affected the total amount of money sent out by your bank. This is common for international wires where an intermediary bank is used. The amount shown in your OneGold Account reflects the total funds received by OneGold from your banking institution.
